Technical Skills Required

Description

Manage the various stakeholders and coordinate with them to ensure a successful training delivery. Manage all actions for all upcoming training once the order is received till the training is completed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand from Sales persons about all upcoming corporate training.
  • Check Public Schedules / Online Training for any upcoming classes.
  • For Corporate / Online Training – Schedule meeting between client and trainer to bring them on the same page about the training program including exact course outline and other deliverable like books, videos, assessments etc.
  • Work on all logistics for the program with all stakeholders – client, trainer and internal
  • Send Agreement / PO to the trainer as applicable
  • Get Participant list from the client
  • Communicate to all stakeholders – Participants, Trainer and Internal about the training program.
  • Ensure readiness for the training program and checks – Classroom, Computer setup, Classroom requirements, Course Material, Travel & Stay for trainer, Lunch if applicable.
  • Oversee Training programs for all deliverables – daily during the program delivery – handle exceptions.
  • Ensure all deliverables are provided to the client.
  • Arrange participant feedback first day & post class and analyze / initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure post training program actions – feedback sharing with client / Trainer, Certification / Upskilling.
  • Engage and maintain good relations with freelance trainers and vendors.
  • Maintain records of trainings conducted.
  • Participate in Management discussions on training delivery related matters.

Skills, Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Understanding of IT Technologies, MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Excellent written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Coordination Skills, Vendor Handling, Problem Solving, Ability to plan, Multitask and manage time effectively, Attention to detail, Decision Making, Strong record keeping ability for reports.
  • Experience of 2-3 years.
  • Exposure to International clients is desirable.
